This policy provides clear instructions for reporting copyright infringement, filing counter-notifications, and understanding the legal responsibilities associated with mobile game content.

Mobile gaming has evolved into one of the most widely consumed forms of digital entertainment worldwide. With millions of applications, diverse user bases, and rich multimedia integration, mobile games often contain complex combinations of artistic, literary, and technological content. These elements are protected by copyright law, and unauthorized usage of any such component may constitute infringement.

What Is Protected in Mobile Game Content

Copyright applies to a broad range of creative works found in mobile games. This includes but is not limited to:

• Source code, programming scripts, and software architecture
• User interface (UI) elements, HUD layouts, and design structures
• Visual components: characters, environments, items, sprites, and textures

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Once we receive a complete and valid notice, we will promptly investigate the claim. If it is found to be compliant, we will remove or disable access to the content in question and notify the user responsible for its posting. We may also share the content of the takedown notice, including contact details, with the alleged infringer for purposes of resolving the dispute.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your mobile game content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown request and you believe this was done in error — due to a mistake or misidentification — you may submit a counter-notification. This is your legal right and must include:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
• A good faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located, or if outside the U.S., any jurisdiction where our service may be found
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken by the complainant within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict policy toward repeat infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA complaints may face sanctions, including account suspension or termination. In such cases, we may permanently ban access, block content contributions, and restrict further use of our platform.

All DMCA activity is logged and reviewed to detect repeated infringement patterns. We reserve the right to disable user accounts that demonstrate a disregard for copyright compliance.

If you are uploading mobile game content to our platform — whether as a developer, publisher, or fan — you must ensure that the material:

• Is not a modified or pirated version of an existing app
• Does not violate third-party intellectual property rights (art, music, code, etc.)
• Does not incorporate assets from games under embargo or closed testing agreements

Content creators using mobile game footage for reviews, tutorials, or commentary must ensure they comply with fair use principles and include original, transformative material.

Fair Use and Transformative Works

We support and encourage creative expression related to mobile games, such as commentary, reviews, parody, and educational materials. These forms of content may qualify as fair use under copyright law. However, fair use is a complex legal doctrine and not a guaranteed defense against takedown claims.
